To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, please include the original packaging if available. We do not accept returns for ‘change of mind’ so please choose carefully. All returns/ exchanges require an authorisation number: please contact Aletheia Organics via email at email@example.com for a Return/Exchange Authorisation Number prior to sending merchandise. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will also require a detailed description of the fault that is being claimed.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Additional non-returnable items: Due to Hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on all non-faulty personal care items including but not limited to makeup, skin care, haircare, baby care accessories and brushes.We do not refund due to subtle and unavoidable variations in colour, texture or scent that sometimes may occur between batches of natural cosmetic products. With this in mind we do not refund or exchange because of perceived cosmetic product performance on an individual as this is not viewed as a fault. Aletheia Organics accepts no responsibility for any adverse reactions caused by using the cosmetic brands Aletheia Organics sells. As with any cosmetic there is always a small risk of adverse reactions to some customers, so please read the ingredient list before you buy and discontinue use if you experience an allergic reaction. Please do not buy unless you’re comfortable with this risk as there is no refund in this eventuality. Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 day period from the approval date. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. GiftsIf the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
